Traditional talk therapy often reaches a plateau when clients remain "stuck" in the intellectual narrative of their trauma. This session provides clinicians with high-impact, "low-dialogue" tools designed to bypass cognitive defenses and engage the somatic and imagery-based centers of the brain. Participants will explore practical techniques, including neuro-stabilization, YouTube-based externalization, and voluntary image replacement, to facilitate regulation and move clients toward lasting memory reconsolidation.
